When will if know if I am accepted to camp? Applicants for the Instrumental Jazz Camp and Siskiyou Saxophone Workshop are accepted once we receive your registration, unless you hear otherwise. For String Quartet Academy applicants, in most cases, you will be notified by May 1, to give you time to make travel arrangements
Which airport do I fly into? The Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport. It is a small airport, and requires connecting flights from most locations. Most of the connecting flights are from Denver, Seattle, San Francisco, Las Vegas or Phoenix. Fares are usually on sale right after Spring Break.
How do I get from the airport to the lodging? We provide transportation to and from the airport after 6 a.m. and before 11 p.m. If you travel before or after those times, we will help you arrange for a shuttle, which costs $24 each way. If you are under 15, some airlines require adult check-in at the airport; please try to book your flights mid-day so we can accommodate all requirements.
How do students get to and from activities during camp? Strings: Transportation to all activities is provided
Jazz/Sax:Transportation to all activities is provided for dorm students. We offer transportation to local students as space is available. No dorm students may use their own cars during camp; they must park off campus.

All students are required to sign a behavior agreement that helps ensure their safety during camp. Counselors reside with the students and accompany them to all activities.

Students often may choose attending a play at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival or going on a half-day excursion on the Rogue River.
