What happens when musical worlds collide? That is the question the conductor poses to the audience in this sci-fi thriller. The future of Earth music hangs in the balance. What will be the fate of the orchestra?
There are unusual musical influences afoot that the conductor is not aware of as two aliens descend on the stage with their own ideas and inventions for shaping "Earth Music." The result is a concert that's out of this world!
The Magic Circle Mime Company has long been a favorite of Britt audiences. This new program is getting rave reviews from all over the nation including the Chicago Symphony Orchestra's 2007 Family Concert.
Includes music of: Aaron Copland, Scott Joplin, Morton Gould, Leroy Anderson and John Williams
Come early for more family fun on the hill. (Dressing up as a favorite alien is encouraged!) Special pre-concert activities will begin when the gates open at 5:45 p.m.
