In support of his acclaimed 2007 release, Kill To Get Crimson, Mark Knopfler returns to Britt this summer. As an added bonus, a copy of the new CD will be included with each pair of tickets purchased. A multiple Grammy award winner as the lead singer/songwriter for Dire Straits, Mark Knopfler combined his wry lyrics with his guitar prowess to create such major hits as "Money For Nothing," "Sultans Of Swing," "Romeo and Juliet" and "Walk of Life." He has produced records for Bob Dylan and Randy Newman as well as scored several films including Local Hero and Princess Bride. Special Guest TBA.
